Problem: Independent Cleaners Often Don’t Carry Insurance

When independent cleaners don’t carry insurance you become responsible for them!
If they fall or damage your hardwood floors, the bill falls on you.

We protect our clients by being fully insured and bonded. (And you get proof of that in your client welcome package!)
If something unexpected ever happens, you’re covered.

Problem: Lack of Training/Experience

The Cleaning Industry is flooded with independent cleaners and companies and its hard to know who you can trust (or who actually knows how to clean professionally.)

All of our staff are fully trained to meet the Herbal Haven Standard—Professional Techniques, Safe Product Use, and Respectful Care for your home.

We also provide ongoing education to make sure all of our staff is properly trained for all surfaces, and situations.
It is very important to us to protect our clients and their homes by ensuring proper training.

Its a VERY common problem that we hear from clients when they first book with us: they do not know the last time their past cleaners cleaned something.
Or that they often couldn’t even tell if their cleaners came! :(

We use detailed checklists and a rotational deep-clean system. This ensures every area of your home is maintained, not just surface-cleaned.
Our high standards for quality ensures you will ALWAYS be able to tell you’ve had a professional cleaner in your home.

Problem: Unreliable Communication

With Herbal Haven you’ll receive reminders before every service, live GPS tracking when your team is on the way, and updates if there are any delays.

All communication is handled through our app so no request or detail ever gets missed or forgotten about!

Need to skip a clean or reschedule? It’s automatically updated for you on your client profile.

Problem: Worry About Security and Respect

We have a strict Code of Conduct: closed doors are never opened unless requested, belongings are handled with care, and professionalism is non-negotiable.

On-top of Background Checking our staff we also complete a in-depth in house Character Check.
Who we trust is just as important as how well we clean!

All staff are required to sign a Non-Disclosure to protect our clients privacy.

All client information that we keep is strictly protected. (For added protection we never store addresses and door codes together)

As our final safe guard to protect our clients we carry Liability Insurance that covers our Staff and Clients up to 2Million with additional Theft Coverage of up to $10,000.

Our Rotational Deep Clean System ensures less obvious areas—like baseboards, window sills, vents, light fixtures, and behind furniture—are taken care of consistently over time.

This saves our clients from having to book additional services, or be forced to start with a hefty deep clean.

How We Operate

• You’ll receive a reminder email 24 hours before your service, a text reminder the evening before, and an “on the way” message with GPS tracking as your team heads to your home.

• If your team is delayed at the job before yours, you’ll be notified right away.

• Every clean is backed by our Herbal Haven Standard: respectful service, consistent results, and natural products safe for your family, pets, and home.

• After your clean, you will receive an emailed check-list and notes from our visit. Letting you know what was completed, and what’s coming up next.
You may reply with any comments, questions or special requests and they will automatically be updated to your client profile.
