Herbal Allies for a Positive Mindset 💜

As you sip, focus on the warmth, the smell, and the taste, allowing yourself to be fully present in the moment and set a positive intention for the day ahead. 😌 Herbal-salves for skin care:


Using herbal salves with comfrey for pain relief or lavender for relaxation can be a mindful act of self-love; warm a small amount between your hands, inhale the herbal aroma to focus in on the present moment.


Being present in the moment as you gently massage the salve into your skin, appreciating the calming effect it provides is an act of self love. This simple, intentional act is a powerful way to honour your body and nurture your well-being.
